The Supervisor role is always active, and no two days are the same! You’ll be on your feet, coordinating with team members, and assuming responsibility for all center operations in the absence of the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Operations Manager at your center. Supervisors work diligently to ensure standards are high and are met with consistency. ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAKE GUESTS PRIORITY #1 Be a champion for guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints. TAKE EVERY OPPORTUNITY Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.). PARTNER WITH LEAGUES Develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to grow our league business; adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform other administrative duties associated with our leagues. ASSEMBLE AN ALL-STAR TEAM Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling a talented team of hourly center staff. SHOW OFF AND DEVELOP THOSE MANAGEMENT SKILLS Lead the team and influence them through effective motivation; leverage individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity. DRIVE FOOD & BEVERAGE SALES Assist in overseeing the management and expansion of the center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction through ongoing training and supervision. REMAIN FLEXIBLE Work varying shifts, from weekends to holidays, and extended workdays as needed. DESIRED SKILLS HS Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) A commitment to great guest service 1-2 years of experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Restaurants Solid communication skills Strong team player and people developer Thrives in a fast-paced environment WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend, stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
