MRI Technologist Opportunity

Novant Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our remarkable outpatient imaging team in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Facility: Novant Health Imaging

Location: 514 South Stratford Road, Winston-Salem, NC

Position Type: PRN

What We're Looking For:

• ARRT (MR) certification required
• Prior MR experience preferred
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care

Education:

• 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program or MR Program, required.

Experience:

• Minimum of one year of experience in MR, preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

• NH Medical Center-Certified and registered by ARRT in MR - RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR) within 6 months of hire, required.
• NH Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility - Certified and Registered within 6 Months of hire in ARRT RT(R)(MR), required.
• Hospital Outpatient Department-Certified and registered by ARRT in MR - RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR), required.
• IV Credentialed, required.
• Refer to the Life Support Training Policy NH-HR-3096 for life support training requirement
• Applicable state license, required.

Additional Skills (required): Thorough knowledge of MRI imaging equipment, Analytical ability and basic computer skills. Has the ability to interpret information to identify each patient's requirements for care relative to his/her age specific needs. Good communication skills.
