Serves as a Super User for technology and Preceptor for new employees, providing training and mentorship. Performs both CT and treatment procedures with a high level of proficiency. Involved in HDR QA or specialized treatment protocols. Demonstrates expertise in VisionRT, Simulation/IV Contrast, and new treatment devices or protocols. Engages in at least one presentation or proposal to radiation leadership or physicians annually on cost savings, patient safety, or efficiency. Leads by example, promoting employee satisfaction through active involvement in process improvements. Qualifications ARRT in Radiation Oncology (required) 3 years of experience as a radiation therapist, including expertise in CT procedures, HDR QA, or other relevant specialized treatment protocols (required) High School Diploma or GED (required) BLS certification (required) Strong clinical skills and compassionate patient care Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities Ability to successfully complete generic and department‑specific skills validation and competency testing (required) Apply today with Job ID 174832. #J-18808-Ljbffr
