Operations Specialist - PNC Wealth Management

As an Operations Specialist within PNC Wealth Management, you will be based in Cleveland, OH at the 1900 E. 9th Street location. PNC is an in‑office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Job Description Executes complex transactions/processes of moderate to high risk and financial value utilizing standard policies and procedures. May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas. Identifies and addresses exceptions, serves as a point of escalation for complex transactions, and partners internally with service partners to route calls, documents or other action items to complete transactions. Interact with external customers to complete transactions, ensure the appropriate materials and documentation are available, and provide consultation and advice to internal and external customers. Review existing processes, recommend improvements and drive implementation; serve as a subject matter resource for process improvement projects; train and onboard new hires. Review transactions and related documents to verify completeness, accuracy, conformance to established service levels and compliance with applicable policies and procedures. Participate in risk mitigation activities. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Education : Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Certifications / Licenses : No specific certifications or licenses required. Pay Transparency : Base Salary $40,000.00 – $68,750.00 (may vary by geographic location and individual experience).
