Operations Manager

Experience Level Intermediate Level Seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead production operations within our manufacturing facility. This individual will be responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, employee engagement, and operational performance while leading supervisors and production teams across multiple departments. The Operations Manager will work closely with maintenance, engineering, quality, warehouse, and leadership teams to ensure production goals are achieved while maintaining a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Lead daily manufacturing and production operations Manage and develop production supervisors and frontline employees Drive productivity, efficiency, quality, and safety initiatives Monitor and improve KPIs including throughput, downtime, waste, and labor utilization Support workforce planning, staffing, training, and employee development Partner with maintenance and engineering to improve equipment reliability Resolve production issues and operational bottlenecks Foster a positive, high-accountability culture focused on results Skills Operations management, Production, production manufacturing, Continuous improvement, Operation, KPI Management, Process improvement, Lean manufacturing, root cause failure analysis, KPI leadership Additional Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience Experience managing supervisors and large production teams Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and production processes Demonstrated success driving operational improvements Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills Food and beverage manufacturing experience preferred but not required Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Burlington, NC. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
