Job Description:
As a Receptionist, you will provide administrative tasks to a department or office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties.
Day to Day tasks:
Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees
Answer and direct incoming calls
Issue access badges and visitor credentials
Set up and prepare meeting rooms
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Coordinate office-related requests and ensure a positive visitor experience
Computer skills: Outlook, excel, and Word
Years of experience: at least 1-2 years
Education: at least HS diploma/GED
