ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in May 2020 and currently lead a team of 10. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent more than nine years as a State Farm team member. I was drawn to agency ownership because of how rewarding it is to help people prepare for the unexpected and be there for them when they need us most.

I was born and raised in Florida, am married, and love traveling whenever I get the opportunity. That same appreciation for life outside of work carries into how I lead my team and the culture we've created.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ramey El-Abu - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
