ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in May 2020 and currently lead a team of 10. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent more than nine years as a State Farm team member. I was drawn to agency ownership because of how rewarding it is to help people prepare for the unexpected and be there for them when they need us most.

I was born and raised in Florida, am married, and love traveling whenever I get the opportunity. That same appreciation for life outside of work carries into how I lead my team and the culture we've created.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ramey El-Abu - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
