ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in May 2020 and currently lead a team of 10. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent more than nine years as a State Farm team member. I was drawn to agency ownership because of how rewarding it is to help people prepare for the unexpected and be there for them when they need us most.

I was born and raised in Florida, am married, and love traveling whenever I get the opportunity. That same appreciation for life outside of work carries into how I lead my team and the culture we've created.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ramey El-Abu - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
