Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, coordinating diagnostic tests, and devising personalized care plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health issues in a collaborative or independent manner (as per credentialing)
• Providing educational support to patients and families on preventive care, wellness strategies, and disease management
• Issuing prescriptions and therapeutic plans within your professional capacity
• Engaging in patient follow-up and ongoing chronic care management

Required Educational Background

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner training program

Mandatory Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Colorado
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
