PMO Support Consultant

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a PMO Support Consultant to join our UniQue team. Responsibilities Delivering a wide range of portfolio management, reporting and governance-related activities. Follow organization's governance for monitoring portfolio project execution. Perform PMO mandate in resources management using custom tooling and standard and advanced excel functionalities. Support PMO stakeholders in using the PMO tools and templates to comply with PMO framework and governance. Monitor individual projects reporting in line with PMO governance and standards. Provide support in preparation of templates ad hoc reporting requests. Prepare, distribute and follow up on Agendas and Meetings Minutes and schedule meetings. Required Skills Reporting Scheduling excel Portfolio Management Required Languages English #J-18808-Ljbffr Uni Systems
