Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hackensack, NJ, focused on driving residential real estate business growth through effective sales and marketing activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing local marketing campaigns, managing listings across digital and traditional channels, and supporting lead generation efforts. The role involves engaging prospective clients, presenting services, conducting follow-ups, and assisting with open houses and community events to build brand presence. The specialist collaborates with agents and leadership to analyze market trends, refine messaging, and maintain consistent branding. This position requires regular in-person interaction with clients, partners, and team members to support office operations and deliver a high standard of service.
