Manufacturing Operator

Viracon LLC Pay: $23.30/hr + $1.00/hr Shift Premium ($24.30/hr Total) Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (12 hour shifts) Viracon is seeking a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate automated cutting equipment, follow production schedules, and ensure glass products are processed accurately, safely, and efficiently. What You'll Do • Operate automated glass cutting equipment and production machinery • Review production schedules and optimization paperwork • Load and organize glass according to production requirements • Monitor product quality and perform basic machine adjustments • Maintain production records using computer systems • Support staging, breakout, and utility functions as needed • Follow safety procedures and quality standards • Help maintain a clean and organized work area What We're Looking For • High school diploma or GED preferred • Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus • Ability to read and follow work instructions in English • Basic computer skills • Strong attention to detail and quality • Ability to read measurements and perform basic math calculations • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Reliable attendance and strong safety mindset Why Viracon? • Starting pay of $24.30/hr including shift premium • Full time, stable employment • Paid training • Comprehensive benefits package • Career advancement opportunities • Work with industry-leading manufacturing technology Viracon is a leading manufacturer of high-performance architectural glass used in some of North America's most iconic buildings.
