Assistant Territory Manager

A national manufacturer and installer of residential outdoor wood structures — including sheds, gazebos, and play systems — is seeking a hands‑on Installation Manager to oversee regional field operations, contractor performance, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities Recruit contractors and assemblers Coordinate with our 1099 installers to ensure projects are assigned and completed in a timely manner Coach installers to drive top Customer Satisfaction results Proactive communication and timely resolution for escalated repairs or service calls Manage warehouse personnel for efficient order preparation and staging Conduct occasional vendor site visits to represent the brand Assist in inventory control procedures such as purchasing, warehouse safety, and inventory adjustments Fosters a goal-motivated environment, strive for continuous improvement, and strong teamwork Required Skills Exceptional Customer service Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Preferred Requirements 4+ years of installation / relevant construction building materials experience.
