wHydrate IV Med Spa is looking for a friendly, dependable, and sales-driven Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator (FDC) to join our Woodstock team!

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has previous sales experience, and is looking for a consistent part-time schedule in a health and wellness/med spa environment.

Schedule

• Every Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (required)
• Occasional Sunday availability preferred for additional shifts and coverage as needed
• Initial training can be completed during Wednesday shifts

Consistent Wednesday availability is required. This position is being hired specifically to provide reliable weekly coverage on Wednesdays, so applicants must be able to commit to this schedule on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be an important part of both the client experience and daily operations of the clinic. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and checking in clients while creating a friendly, welcoming experience
• Scheduling and managing client appointments
• Answering phone calls, texts, and client questions
• Processing payments and accurately documenting client services
• Educating clients on wHydrate services, promotions, memberships, and wellness options
• Recommending and selling memberships, services, and add-ons based on client needs
• Contributing to clinic sales and membership goals
• Maintaining an organized, clean, and professional front desk and clinic environment
• Communicating effectively with management and clinical staff
• Assisting with general day-to-day clinic operations as needed

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is required
• Must be able to consistently work every Wednesday from 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Dependable, punctual, and reliable
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations with clients
• Comfortable educating clients, making recommendations, and closing sales
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Comfortable learning and using scheduling, payment, and client-management software
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Professional in both appearance and communication
• Able to communicate scheduling concerns or unexpected circumstances promptly and proactively
• Interest in health, wellness, IV therapy, or the med spa industry is a plus

Previous front desk, medical office, wellness, or med spa experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Employee Perks

• Starting pay: $15/hour
• Commission on membership sales
• 50% employee discount on services
• One complimentary IV for every 4 shifts worked
