Technical Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Technical Analyst to join a mission-driven team with a passion for building reliable and scalable systems at one of our Fortune 100 partners in New York City. You will be part of an innovative technology group focused on creating their next generation of leaders. Key Responsibilities: Support the stability and enhancement of a core Interview Processing System (TIPS) used by internal agents and advisors Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories in Jira Work across multiple integrated systems to understand and document data flow, endpoints, and system interactions Assist in a major initiative to onboard a new call system vendor, supporting data transition and integration into TIPS Perform data mapping activities to ensure accurate data exchange between systems. Analyze APIs and system integrations, including endpoints, data structures, and hosting considerations Support testing efforts using tools like Postman and SOAP UI to validate system connectivity and data flow Provide recommendations to improve system performance, data handling, and overall user experience Occasionally contribute to broader initiatives and projects across the organization Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical projects, including data mapping, stakeholder management, and application development Experience writing user stories, managing requirements, and working in Jira Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system-to-system communication Exposure to data structures such as XML and/or JSON Familiarity with API integrations, structure, and testing Ability to work cross-functionally with both business stakeholders and engineering teams Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset DRUM Upskill Earn while you learn - receive compensation while gaining new skills Access to a curated network of industry advisors and engineering leaders for mentorship Hands-on exposure to modern AI tools A structured pathway into high-demand roles across enterprise software, insurance services, and consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
