Senior Financial Analyst

Our client, a large multinational manufacturer with a growing U.S. footprint, is adding a Senior Financial Analyst to its expanding finance team. This is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role that sits at the intersection of FP&A, business partnering, and operational analytics. You’ll go beyond standard reporting — developing tools, analytics, and models that give leaders real-time visibility into the business, while driving proactive, data-informed decision-making across functions. Role Description Analyze historic, current, and forward-looking financial data to assess business health and surface opportunities Serve as a strategic business partner to selected functions — collaborating cross-functionally to maximize profit and cash through cost savings, efficiency improvements, and investment initiatives Build and maintain financial models, metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Drive operational discipline by translating financial data into actionable insights for front-line and executive leaders Evaluate capital expenditures and depreciation; prepare financial documentation for funding and investment decisions Identify industry trends and benchmarks; conduct scenario analysis to support strategic recommendations Develop SOPs and SWIs; participate in kaizen activities to improve internal controls Support the monthly financial close process and execute ad hoc analysis as needed Ideal Candidate Profile Required 4–6+ years of financial analysis experience in a manufacturing environment Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI proficiency Strong financial modeling, scenario analysis, and variance reporting skills Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and influence without authority Experience with SAP (S/4), Oracle, or a comparable fully integrated ERP Comfort working with both domestic and international teams Strong organizational skills; capable of handling confidential information with discretion Preferred MBA or advanced degree Experience with EPM tools, think-cell, or AI-driven finance tools (e.g., Claude, Palantir, finance-centric AI agents) Resilient and self-motivated; thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Advanced Operations Partners LLC
