Job Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with surgeons to develop and implement tailored surgical treatment plans for patients
• Provide critical intraoperative support, which involves preparing operating rooms, ensuring proper patient positioning, and managing surgical instruments during procedures
• Deliver outstanding pre- and post-operative care, encompassing medication administration, wound care, discharge planning, and educating patients

Education Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Experience in clinical rotations with a focus on surgery is strongly preferred

Certification Requirements

• Current and unrestricted PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
