About the Position

We’re currently seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician for a full-time outpatient opportunity in Lancaster, California .

Position Highlights:

• Specialty: Family Medicine
• Location: Lancaster, CA
• Salary: $228,000 – $350,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: Offered
• Relocation Assistance: Offered
• ️ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• ⏰ Alternative: 10-hour shifts available
• No weekends or on-call
• Setting: 100% outpatient
• ‍‍‍ Adult & family patient population
• Patient Volume: Approximately 23–25 patients/day
• Strong support with onboarding and credentialing

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
• Eligible for or able to obtain a California medical license
