Base Salary: $268,000 – $300,000 annually (Based on years of licensure)
Practice Setting: Outpatient Primary Care (FQHC)
Employment Type: Full-Time (32–40 Hours/Week)
Patient Population: All Ages (No Obstetrics)

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty
• Active, unrestricted California Medical License
• Active DEA License
• Minimum 2 years of Primary Care experience
• Current BLS Certification
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for community-focused, patient-centered care
