Screen Print Press Operator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for  a Screen Print Press Operator to join our production team in Nashville, TN. You will be responsible for setting up and operating automatic or manual screen printing presses, mixing custom inks, maintaining print quality, and ensuring production deadlines are met safely and efficiently.

Pay Rate
$16.50 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 4 30 pm.

Screen Print Press Operator Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and configure M&R printing presses, including loading screens, aligning multi-color registration, and adjusting squeegees and off-contact
• Inspect garments for print quality and defects.
• Match Pantone colors, mix standard or specialty inks (plastisol, water-based, discharge), and load them into screens.
• Review work orders and garment counts, manage job changeovers efficiently, and keep the workspace clean and safe
• Assist with other production needs and help meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Screen Print Operator Qualifications  and Requirements

• 1+ years of experience operating screen printing equipment preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of times.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Work efficiently in a team environment.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus, but not required.
