Learning & Development Specialist: Leadership & Onboarding
Athletico Physical Therapy
Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to implement talent development and onboarding programs across the enterprise. You will design training materials, facilitate sessions, and support engagement initiatives to improve retention and culture. The role requires 3+ years in L&D or HR and a bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or related field.
