- Maintain Highest Standards: Oversee food handling, preparation, and service processes, adhering to strict cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Enhance Resident Health: Provide nutritionally balanced food options that contribute to the residents' health and vitality.
- Compliance with Regulations: Uphold all Federal, State, and Local food service and nutrition care standards.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- At least two years of experience as a cook in a long-term care facility (preferred).
- Experience in long-term care settings (preferred).
