Compensation: $23-$26 per hour + Performance Bonus + Sales Incentives

Expected Annual Earnings: $65,000-$110,000+

About the Role

This is an inbound consultative sales position .

All customer inquiries are generated through our website, online advertising, referrals, and marketing efforts. No cold calling or prospecting is required.

As an eCommerce Sales Consultant, your role is to understand each customer's needs, answer product questions, recommend the right solution, and provide an outstanding buying experience from the first inquiry through the final purchase.

Our products range from approximately $999 to over $10,000 , making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship-based selling and delivering a premium customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Respond promptly to inbound phone calls, live chats, emails, and website inquiries.
• Consult with customers to understand their goals, lifestyle, and wellness needs.
• Recommend the most appropriate sauna and accessories based on each customer's situation.
• Educate customers on product features, installation requirements, electrical requirements, warranty coverage, and available financing options.
• Build customer confidence through honest, knowledgeable, and professional communication.
• Follow up consistently with quotes, abandoned carts, and previous inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Meet monthly sales and performance goals while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer consulting, or account management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and live chat.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn CRM and eCommerce systems.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Compensation

We believe great salespeople deserve predictable income and meaningful rewards for outstanding performance.

Base Pay

• $23-$26 per hour (based on experience)

Performance Incentives

• Fixed commission paid on every sauna sold
• Large monthly performance bonuses based on sales performance

• Average Performer: $65,000-$80,000
• Strong Performer: $80,000-$95,000
• Top Performer: $100,000-$110,000+
