The General Laborer will work on our assembly line supporting the production of windows. This is an entry level role, and we will fully train the right candidate. Experience in window or door manufacturing is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities
• Work on the assembly line building window components
• Use hand tools and equipment (training provided)
• Load/unload materials or assist with product movement
• Perform quality checks and follow production standards
• Maintain work area safety and cleanliness
• Support general shop tasks as needed 

PAY:  $18.00 - $19.00 Depending on Mfg. Experience

• Ability to safely lift and carry      materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Capable of      standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to follow      detailed instructions and assembly procedures accurately
• Strong      attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency
• Maintains a positive      attitude and works well in a team environment
• Demonstrates      reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to      learn and take direction from supervisors
• Previous      experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly environments is a      plus
• Familiarity      with safety procedures and PPE use is preferred
