• * Position Summary **
• * The Family Law Attorney ** will manage and represent clients throughout all phases of Florida family law matters, providing effective advocacy, sound legal guidance, timely communication, and exceptional client service.
• * Key Responsibilities **

Manage an assigned caseload from initial consultation through final resolution. Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and related legal documents. Represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials as needed. Maintain regular client communication and accurate case documentation. Collaborate with legal support staff and attorneys to develop and execute case strategies. Ensure compliance with ethical standards, court deadlines, and firm expectations. ** Required Qualifications ** Active and unrestricted membership with The Florida Bar. Experience handling family law litigation matters in Florida. Strong legal writing, negotiation, courtroom advocacy, and client relationship skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required. ** Preferred Qualifications ** Three or more years of family law experience. Trial experience and knowledge of Florida family law procedures. Experience with legal case management software. ** Success Measures ** Consistent compliance with deadlines and case milestones.
