We are seeking a licensed Estate Planning Attorney to join a rapidly growing platform designed to help attorneys scale their practice, increase client volume, and expand income—without the constraints of a traditional law firm.
This opportunity is ideal for attorneys experienced in wills, trusts, estate planning, asset protection, and legacy planning who want more flexibility, more clients, and more upside.
Responsibilities
- Consult with individuals and families on estate planning strategies
- Draft and review wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents
- Educate clients on estate preservation, wealth transfer, and beneficiary planning
- Deliver compliant, ethical, client-centered legal guidance
- Enroll clients into comprehensive estate planning solutions
