This is an opportunity to make mission critical decisions for the firm and play a significant role in our growth. You will make a positive impact on your clients lives and assist them through the process of pursuing justice. Responsibilities Day-to-day handling of allpre-litigation work Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval Guide clients through the case process Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents Complete TD approval for liability issues Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages Manage the release approval process Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school An active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association 1+ years of personal injury experience Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases Excellent client service and communication skills Strong leadership skills Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
