Since opening the agency in 2017, we've grown into a team of more than 40 professionals who are committed to helping customers protect what matters most. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent my career as an Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager, where I learned the importance of leadership, teamwork, delivering exceptional service, and building strong relationships. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lee Hudson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
