Sr. Data Analyst

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Data Analyst to advance data-driven decision-making and analytics capabilities within its Enterprise Contract Management organization. The role focuses on commercial contracting data analysis, data governance, process automation, and AI enablement using Model N platforms and enterprise data systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze commercial contracting, pricing, rebate, and chargeback data to deliver insights and dashboards
- Serve as subject matter expert on data structures across Model N platforms and validate data accuracy
- Support data governance by documenting business rules, data definitions, and data lineage
- Identify opportunities for reporting automation, process improvement, and AI-enabled solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform analysis, and communicate findings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of data analytics, business intelligence, or commercial systems experience
- Deep knowledge of commercial contracting, pricing, rebates, and government pricing data structures
- Demonstrated expertise with Model N platforms, data models, and reporting datasets
- Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities
