Job Title: Cook – Full-Time
Location: Haven of Ridgeview – Oblong, IL

Haven of Ridgeview is seeking a reliable and compassionate Cook to join our team. In this role, you will prepare and serve nutritious, high-quality meals for residents in a healthcare setting. • Prepare and cook meals according to approved menus and dietary guidelines

• Ensure proper food portioning, quality, and presentation

• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness standards

• Assist with meal service and tray preparation

• Clean kitchen equipment, work areas, and dining spaces

• Support daily kitchen operations and teamwork

• Previous cook or food service experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds

• Reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays as needed

• Strong teamwork and customer service skills
