Volt is immediately hiring for a Bilingual Warehouse Associate in Piscataway, NJ.

As a Bilingual Warehouse Associate, you will:

Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently. Use handheld scanners and computer systems to track inventory and process shipments. Assemble boxes and packaging materials for outgoing orders. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Palletize products and prepare shipments for transportation. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality. Maintain inventory organization and warehouse cleanliness. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.

This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity. Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

Bilingual in Spanish and English required. Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred. Basic computer skills and experience using scanners or warehouse management systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Pay rate: $19.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
