AI Transformation Lead Enterprise Change & Strategy (Remote)

Pencil

Pencil is seeking a senior Transformation Consultant to own strategic and technical engagements across a defined set of accounts. You will set the transformation thesis, co-design recommendations with engineers and creatives, and guide the enterprise-wide change required for successful AI adoption. You will translate GenAI concepts into repeatable operating processes, provide a voice of the customer to Product and Engineering, and codify learnings into repeatable blueprints for the team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
