Director of Procurement

To support strategic procurement initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Procurement will manage purchasing strategies, vendor relationships, and supply chain operations, ensuring cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement plans to align with operational and financial goals for new and existing products Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and reduce costs and lead times Identify and qualify new suppliers, maintaining strong partnerships focused on quality and efficiency Required Qualifications 10+ years of global supply chain leadership experience in an omni-channel environment Proven track record in co-manufacturing and managing relationships with domestic and international contract manufacturers Hands-on experience with ERP, WMS, and e-commerce platforms to drive operational efficiency Strong business acumen in inventory management, financial forecasting, and spend management Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
