What You Can Expect Starting pay: $29.00 per hour (annual increase potential) $1,000 Employee Referral Bonus (unlimited referrals) Career growth and advancement opportunities Year-round employment What You Will Do Oversee marine vessel unloading operations Conduct internal product transfers between storage tanks Monitor and maintain inventory levels Perform routine safety, security, and environmental inspections Weigh trucks in and out of the terminal Perform maintenance and repairs on terminal equipment, facilities, and grounds Providing excellent customer service to drivers, vendors, and customers Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures What Environment & Schedule 12-hour shifts, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, snow, and wind Position requires walking, climbing tank stairs up to 50ft, lifting, and working around industrial equipment Safety-sensitive position requiring strict adherence to safety procedures 80% of health care cost paid by the Company year-round Short- & long-term disability coverage (company sponsored) 401K with a 5% company match Life Insurance and additional voluntary benefits available Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program Health and wellness programs An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
