About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Companion Animal Global Marketing, with a focus on the Therapeutics Portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of global marketing strategies, driving the successful launch of new products, and maximizing the value of in-line products. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong market understanding, outstanding leadership, and influencing skills. The Executive Director will be at the forefront of brand and product management, marketing strategy, and campaign development, ensuring that the company's therapeutic portfolio is in line with strategic initiatives and customer needs. The position demands a leader who can drive innovation, capture customer value, and is adept at managing multimillion-dollar budgets. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in marketing, product management, and related sales support activities, with a preference for those holding a Master's degree, MBA, or advanced degree in marketing, product management, or business strategic development. A background in life sciences, veterinary medicine, animal science, or medical marketing is highly preferred. The role requires a proven track record in global product launches, management of marketing budgets, and experience in new product planning and brand positioning. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build and lead high-performing teams, and a talent for developing and executing marketing strategies that are customer-focused and results-oriented.
