The Recruiter High Volume is responsible for efficiently managing the full recruitment cycle to support large-scale hiring initiatives. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding a high volume of candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience and meeting company staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems.
• Ensure timely offer extension and negotiation process.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to forecast and plan hiring needs.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience by providing regular updates and feedback.
