Registered Nurse - Oncology Infusion

The University of Vermont Health Network seeks a Registered Nurse for our Oncology Infusion team. In this role, you’ll deliver chemotherapy and biologic infusions, manage central lines, perform assessments, and coordinate complex care for oncology patients. You’ll educate patients and families, monitor for adverse reactions, and collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and interprofessional teams.
