QA Associate/Analyst

Austin, TX (Remote within Texas)

12 months Contract with possibility to extension

Testing Resource needed. Duties will include:

• Create Test Plans using approved Client’s template for integrations between Client systems as listed and new vendor-supplied SaaS systems for TADS (2), eGrants (IGX), and PTAMS, and for project SOAS.

• Create Test Cases for each Plan.

• Execute Plan and Test Cases through all phases of the testing process, including Defect Resolution, tracking, and management of the entire testing plan end-to-end.

• Manage and document all results for Client-formatted Test Summary Report.

• Provide support for UAT efforts, utilizing Client’s division staff (users) for test execution

Nice to haves:

a. Familiarity with Atlassian tool suite including, Confluence, Jira, Xray Test Management.

b. System integrations testing experience.

c. ESB (enterprise service bus) testing experience.

d. UAT testing experience.

e. SSO (Single Sign-On) testing experience.

f. Mobile testing experience (using a browser).

Testing will be coordinated among the following groups:

1) vendors

2) I&O branch (Infrastructure and Operations)

3) PeopleSoft SMEs

4) ESB SMEs (Enterprise Service Bus)

Skills/Experience: 5 years Testing experience

Preferred Skills/Experience 1 year - Systems Integrations Testing Experience 1 year - UAT Testing Experience 1 year - Atlassian tool suite including, Confluence, Jira, Xray Test Management.
