What You'll Do:

As a Wellness Advisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients have a positive and enriching experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism.
• Educating clients about our services, products, and wellness programs to help them make informed decisions.
• Building strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment within our facility.
• Assisting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing client records.

What We're Looking For:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one wellness consultations to assess clients’ needs and develop customized care plans.
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to inspire and motivate clients toward healthier behaviors.
• Provide education on nutrition, weight loss strategies, and overall wellness practices.
• Support clients in setting realistic goals and tracking progress throughout their health journeys.
• Offer guidance on fitness routines, including yoga and other physical activities suitable for individual capabilities.
• Collaborate with team members to create engaging wellness programs and workshops.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, progress notes, and care plans in compliance with privacy standards.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in behavioral health, nutrition, and fitness to enhance client support.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industry.
• Must be the age of 21 or older to apply.
• Must pass a background check

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.

Attitude: A positive, proactive mindset and a genuine desire to help others.

Organization: Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
