Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales & Customer Success Representative (Biotech) Location: Hybrid (3–4 days onsite in Newark, CA) Type: Full-time, direct hire This role is a mix of inside sales, customer success, and channel support, working closely with both clients and distributor partners across the U.S. and EU. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound leads and convert opportunities into revenue Support outbound sales efforts and help drive new business Build and maintain relationships with existing clients Upsell and cross-sell products and services Support Account Executives with meetings and pipeline development Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, quotes, and order status Work with distributor partners on onboarding, training, and ongoing support Track sales pipeline and maintain CRM data Qualifications 1+ year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management Life sciences background preferred (BSc in Biology or related field) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Preferred Experience working with distributor/channel partners #J-18808-Ljbffr All Industry Staffing Solutions
