Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Franah Marino - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

About Our Agency
- Our office is located in Pembroke Pines, FL.
- Our office is open 9am -6pm Monday to Friday & 10 am to 1 pm on Saturdays.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2005.
- I am a proud graduate of University of Miami School of Medicine.
- Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Bronze Tablet
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish and French
