This role drives clinical excellence, regulatory compliance and team performance while supporting Sunrise's mission and care standards.What You'll Do:Lead and manage the nursing team and all care programsConduct resident assessments and oversee Individualized Service Plans (ISP)Monitor changes in condition and coordinate with physicians and clinical partnersOversee medication management and infection control programsServe as CLIA and Infection Control leader as applicableDrive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiativesEnsure compliance with federal, state/provincial and nursing regulationsRecruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team membersManage staffing, scheduling and department budgetPartner with Sales to assess move-in appropriatenessResident Care Director (RN) – Lead Clinical Excellence and Elevate Resident Health and WellnessDirector of Nursing | RN | Senior Living | Clinical Leadership | Nursing ManagementPay Range: 93,808.00 - 129,584.00Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
