General Manager

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments
Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing training and development opportunities
Monitor and maintain hotel cleanliness, safety, and security standards
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles
Proficiency in hotel management software systems
Multilingual skills are a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
