Role overview:


The Expert Developer will be dedicated to the MAC Cloud Migration and Modernization Project, working exclusively on this initiative. As a key member of the development team, you will design, develop, and deploy custom software applications and databases,


troubleshoot application issues and implement system integrations. This role requires making high-level design decisions and ensuring solutions adhere to technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full lifecycle application development, ensuring code quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to meet defined requirements.
• Develop and unit test solutions prior to User Acceptance Testing.
• Align development initiatives with the organization's architecture and strategy.
• Stay updated on relevant software development trends and methodologies.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience:

• • 5+ years as a lead developer.
  • 8+ years with Microsoft development technologies (e.g., .NET, ASP.NET, Azure).
  • Extensive experience with web development technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML5, CSS).
  • Preferred experience with NodeJS, Python, GIS frameworks, Scrum/Agile, and PowerBI.
  • Strong background in data migration and cloud services (Azure).

Skills and Abilities:
• Proficiency in design patterns, performance troubleshooting, and multiple development methodologies.
• Expertise in Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, and cloud-based application architecture.
• Ability to lead technical teams, work in distributed environments, and handle multiple demands.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
