Sales and Marketing Specialist

We are growing and seeking a highly organized, fashion-savvy Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will contribute across sales, account support and management, and retail marketing, working closely with the Norwegian brand group.The position reports directly to the U.S. Country Manager.It is hybrid position based in the greater Salt Lake City/Park City area and requires some travel. What You will Do (Responsibilities) Sales : Conduct account presentations, in-person and virtual, organize and manage tradeshows, and provide sales support. Order & Account Management: Track wholesale orders using our “Le New Black” B2B system and our proprietary ERP. Function as the primary point of contact for retail buyers and sales reps regarding orders, tracking, and fulfillment updates, working closely with our 3PL warehouse, Logistics and Sourcing departments. Sales Analytics & Reporting: Compile seasonal sales velocity reports, tracking top-performing styles and sold-out styles, to give our design and production teams actionable insights. Utilize Shopify reporting to generate DTC sales reports to cross reference DTC sales with Wholesale order trends to identify product trends and opportunities. Marketing Campaigns : Work closely with Norwegian marketing team to plan and execute retail marketing campaigns for the U.S., social media posts and product launches. Social Media & Influencer Management: Maintain content calendars across platforms like Instagram and TikTok and .. .. Online ...... Qualifications Experience : 3-5 years’ apparel industry experience as a sales rep, apparel buyer, or apparel sales and marketing coordinator. You are comfortable being in front of buyers, and work well in a team-based setting – and aspire to grow into a sales and marketing management role. Education: Apparel experience is required but a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field will be a plus. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel) and experience with e-commerce/POS platforms like Shopify for reporting/analytics purposes is a plus. Communication Skills : Stellar written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build professional relationships. Adaptability : A proactive, self-starter mindset with the organizational skills needed to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
