You’ll sharpen expertise in frameworks that are valued across the global pharmaceutical and personal care supply chain. We’re hiring an Entry level Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in South Bend, Indiana. You’ll start by managing 2‑3 accounts and paperwork, and grow into full account management as you gain experience with our systems and customers. This is a hands‑on training opportunity for someone who wants to build a long‑term career in customer service, account management, and production scheduling, with mentorship from our experienced team. Employment Type: Full-Time Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship What You’ll Do: Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, ensuring open communication Receive and enter all customer purchase orders (POs) within 24 hours of receipt Assist with checking material availability for production orders. Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures. Achieve established training milestones and demonstrate continuous learning and development. Assist in closing completed production orders and Sales orders in SAP. Support new customer onboarding by preparing and distributing required documents, such as NDAs and customer setup forms. Participate in customer meetings and document meeting notes and action items. Assist with new product setup activities and cross-functional communication. Review BOMs (Bill of Materials) for completeness and report discrepancies. Follow up on customer invoices and provide status updates when requested Assist with monthly customer inventory reviews and reporting. Support departmental projects and administrative activities as assigned. Process quotes for new and existing customers Support production scheduling and coordinate with internal teams Manage day‑to‑day account paperwork and documentation Grow into managing larger, more complex customer accounts over time Contribute positively to team objectives and maintain a cooperative, solution-oriented attitude. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Business Management preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience 1-3 years' experience in Customer Service OR Account Management Working knowledge of SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal communication skills Healthcare or pharma industry background is a plus What We Offer Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contribution Paid time off and holidays Come do science that ships.
