Salesforce Product Analyst

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Salesforce Product Analyst will define user stories, assist the Product Owner with product roadmaps, and manage the Salesforce product backlog in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria while collaborating with stakeholders and the scrum team Assist the Product Owner in managing communications, project risks, and the overall Salesforce product strategy and technology roadmap Conduct analysis on data and market trends to identify opportunities for business transformation and innovation Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or a computer-related major; MBA preferred 4+ years of experience in product analysis within the financial sector In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms and experience delivering solutions in a cross-functional environment 4+ years of experience working within an agile framework, with Jira experience preferred Industry certifications such as SAFe or CSM are preferred
