Assistant Property Manager
RMC Property Group
The Assistant Property Manager (APM) will assist the Property Manager (PM) in managing a portfolio of commercial properties (retail and industrial). The APM will work with the PM to build strong owner, tenant and vendor relations; help oversee daily operations; vendor selection; and capital improvement project planning. APM will assist in maintaining the appearance and operations of assigned portfolio taking “ownership” pride and interest in the care of the asset. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Correspondence and contract preparation Tenant communication via e-mail and telephone Preparation of vendor work orders Monitor tenant and vendor COIs (Certificate of Insurance) Monitor projects & respond to NOCs (Notice of Commencements) Request ROLs (Release of Liens) as needed Insurance claim reporting Periodic switchboard relief Tenant and vendor follow up Utility account management Assist leasing with vacant unit access Preparation of tenant estoppels Monitor tenant and vendor online portals Backup PM as needed Qualifications: High school diploma Prior real estate and/or property management experience Detail oriented Ability to multi task Word (proficient) and Excel (intermediate) #J-18808-Ljbffr RMC Property Group
