Accounts Payable / Project Accounting Specialist

Near Twinsburg, OH | Up to $60,000 | Direct Hire

What You'll Be Doing

• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
• Review, code, and reconcile invoices while resolving discrepancies
• Manage and audit employee expense reports in accordance with company policies
• Utilize Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis (formulas and reconciliations)
• Maintain accurate vendor records and assist with payment processing
• Support project-related accounting activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient AP operations
• Assist with month-end close and general accounting support

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, reporting, and data analysis)
• Experience with expense reporting systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
